Welcome to CTCE Federal Credit Union. We are a full service financial institution, serving over 15,000 members throughout Berks and surrounding counties in southeastern Pennsylvania. CTCE Federal Credit Union was established in 1970 by eight employees of Carpenter Technology Corp. Today, the credit union serves over 250 companies and anyone that lives, works, worships, volunteers or attends school in the City of Reading. CTCE provides a wide array of financial services and the choice of banking with 5 branch locations (most open 7 days a week) or using our external banking services, which include cu online, our Internet banking program; FREEDOM Phone Teller, which allows members to conduct transactions via their touch tone phone; large surcharge-free ATM network with over 29,000 ATMS; and over 4,000 shared branching service centers; and Loan-by-Phone, which allows members to apply for a loan over the phone.
